1. Client website content
Our clients supply, approve and control the content of their own websites, including:
- Text, service descriptions, prices, offers and claims
- Photos, videos, logos, brand names and designs
- Product information, reviews and testimonials
- Business details such as name, address, phone numbers, licences and registrations
Each client confirms to us that they own this material or have permission to use it, and that it is accurate and lawful. Joboo Web does not verify ownership of material supplied by clients and is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, accuracy or legal issues arising from client-supplied content. Questions about a specific website's content should first be raised with that website's owner. You can also report it to us as described below.
2. Websites hosted on our servers
When a client's website or email is hosted through Joboo Web, we provide the technical hosting service only. We do not routinely monitor, edit or approve what clients publish, store or send. Each hosting client is responsible for:
- All content, files and databases on their hosting account
- Emails sent from their domain and their mailing lists
- Changes made by them, their staff or other developers they give access to
- Complying with applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules, copyright and trademark law, and data protection law
Hosting accounts must not be used for pirated material, malware, phishing, spam, fraud, impersonation or any unlawful content. We may suspend a hosting account that is being used for such activity. See section 10.
3. Client information and data
- Business information shown on a client's website (owner names, addresses, registrations, phone numbers, ratings) is provided by the client. The client is responsible for its accuracy.
- Data that visitors submit through a client's website (enquiry forms, bookings, orders) belongs to that client. The client decides how it is used and is responsible for their own privacy policy and data handling. Joboo Web handles such data only to provide the technical service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
- If you want your personal information removed from a client's website, please contact the website owner first. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will forward your request.
4. Third-party materials
Websites may use third-party fonts, icons, plugins, themes, maps, stock images and code libraries. These remain the property of their owners and are used under their own licences. Where a client asks us to use an image or asset they supplied, the client is responsible for its licence.
5. "Designed by Joboo Web" credits
A credit or link such as "Designed by Joboo Web" on a website only means that we worked on its design or development. It does not mean that Joboo Web owns, operates, endorses or verifies that business, its content, products, prices or services.
6. Hosting, domains and downtime
- Our hosting runs on third-party data centres and network providers. We work to keep websites online, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages caused by data centres, network providers, attacks, power failures or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
- Websites, hosting, email and domains that are not renewed on time may stop working, be suspended or be lost. Renewing on time is the client's responsibility, even when we send reminders.
- Problems caused by changes made by the client or other developers, by outdated software the client chose not to update, or by weak passwords are not covered by our responsibility.
- We take backups as described in the client's plan, but clients should keep their own copies of important content and data.
- Websites that are not hosted by Joboo Web are the responsibility of the client and their chosen hosting provider.
Hosting and renewal terms are also covered in our Terms & Conditions.
7. Our own website content
The content on jobooweb.com, including text, blog articles, graphics, logo and design, is © Joboo Web unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the original page. Copying whole pages or articles without written permission is not allowed.
8. Limitation of responsibility

Our responsibility is limited to acting on valid complaints as described on this page and to the services set out in our written agreements with clients.
9. How to report a problem

- You receive a ticket number immediately. We aim to acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
- We review the complaint and the documents you sent. We may ask for more information.
- We forward the complaint to the website owner (our client) and ask them to respond, remove or correct the material.
- If the website is hosted by us and the material is clearly unlawful or abusive (for example malware, phishing or obvious piracy), or if we receive a valid order from a court or government authority, we may disable access to the material or suspend the account.
- If the website is not hosted by us, we will tell you, inform our client if we worked on the site, and where possible point you to the hosting provider or domain registrar who can act.
- You can follow every step, read our messages and upload extra documents on the tracking page. We also email you when the status changes.
We do not decide legal disputes between parties. Where ownership is disputed, the parties may need to resolve it between themselves or through the courts.
11. Responses from website owners
If material on your website was removed or restricted after a complaint and you believe this was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, submit a counter-notice (choose "Counter-notice") or email [email protected] with your explanation and supporting documents (for example licences, purchase receipts or original files). We will share your response with the person who complained and may restore the material where appropriate.
Knowingly false or misleading complaints may be rejected, and we may decline further complaints from the same sender.
