These terms apply when you hire Joboo Web, Ludhiana, for website design, development, SEO, hosting, domain registration or digital marketing. The written quotation or invoice for your project is part of these terms; if the two differ, the quotation wins.
1. Quotations and payment
- Prices on the website are starting prices. Your final price is the one in your written quotation.
- Website projects normally start after an advance payment; the balance is due before the site goes live on your domain.
- Monthly services (SEO, ads management, maintenance) are billed in advance each month.
- Ad spend paid to Google or Meta is separate from our management fee and is paid by you directly to the platform.
2. Delivery and revisions
- Delivery timelines (for example 5–7 working days for a standard website) start once we receive your content: logo, photos, phone numbers, service list and text approvals.
- Each package includes the revision rounds stated in the quotation. New pages or features after approval are quoted separately.
3. Ownership
- After full payment, the website design and content created for you belong to you.
- Domains are registered in your name (registrant) wherever possible. We will share control panel access or transfer codes on request once dues are clear.
- Third-party items (fonts, plugins, stock images, libraries) remain under their own licences.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the text, photos, logos and business details you send us are yours to use and are accurate. You are responsible for the legality of your offers, prices and claims shown on your website and ads.
5. SEO and advertising results
We follow Google's guidelines and work hard on rankings and leads, but no honest agency can guarantee a specific Google position, number of calls or sales — search engines and ad auctions are controlled by third parties. Reports share the real numbers from Google Search Console, Google Analytics and the ad platforms.
6. Hosting, domains and renewals
- Hosting and domains are annual services and must be renewed before expiry. We send reminders, but expired domains may be lost or cost extra to restore.
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered.
7. Free support period
Where a package includes free support, it covers bug fixes and small text or image changes. Redesigns, new pages and new features are quoted separately.
8. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel a project after work has started, the advance covers the work already done. Monthly services can be stopped with notice before the next billing month.
9. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting outages beyond our control, or changes made by others to your website.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Ludhiana, Punjab have jurisdiction.
